CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ( ‘DNT’ ) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised . As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION COLLECTION

We collect personalization information like your name, contact details, and preferences from previous orders (order details) to enhance your experience on our platform. PURPOSE OF PERSONALIZATION DATA

DATA RETENTION

Graphics Data: We keep uploaded/graphics data for a period of 12 months after order completion. We discard uploaded data on a yearly basis unless you request earlier deletion.

Account Data: User account information is retained while your account remains active and for 30 days after account deletion.

Transaction Records: Order and payment records are retained for accounting, warranty, and legal compliance purposes.

Marketing Images: With your consent, photographs of completed products are retained for up to 3 years for marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Communication Records: Customer service communications are retained for for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
