What are my Shipping & Delivery options?
Pick-Up Point
While we don’t have a physical store just yet, you can easily pick up your order(s) at our pickup point in Port-Louis.
- Monday to Friday – 10:00 – 16:00
- Saturdays – 10:00 – 13:00
- Sundays – CLOSED
NULivrer Delivery
We have partnered with NULivrer, a trusted local courier, to bring your personalized purchases securely to your home or workplace @ Rs.200
Standard Regions (1-2 Business Days)
- West Coast Region (3-5 Business Days)
Please note: The West Coast region covers Baie du Cap, Le Morne, Chamarel up to Albion. Due to logistical schedules, our couriers cover this route 2 to 3 times a week, excluding Fridays).
Postal Delivery
If you are outside Port-Louis region and unable to pick up, we offer
1. Normal Postal Delivery (1 week)
- Rs.100
2. Express Postal Delivery (2-3 Business Days)
- Rs.150
Your parcel will be delivered to your door or at the closest post-office to your address with Tracking Link.
Free Regional Delivery
We offer a free scheduled delivery service for specific eligible postal codes within the Port-Louis region.
Enter your postal code at checkout to see if you are eligible.
- Once your order is ready, we will contact you via WhatsApp/Phone to request your location pin.
Deliveries for this service are done strictly from Monday to Friday between 16:00 to 19:00.
If your location pin is inaccessible to our driver, we will arrange a nearby designated meeting point.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Special Note for Jewellery Orders:
For security and insurance reasons, Jewellery items cannot be shipped via Postal Delivery. If your cart contains jewellery, the Postal Delivery options will be hidden at checkout, and you will need to select Express Courier Delivery or Pick-Up.
🔥 Important Information for Lighter Orders:
Shipped Empty: To comply with Mauritius Post and NULivrer safety policies for flammable goods, all lighters are shipped without fuel.
Fuel Pick-Up Only: Lighter fluid and refills are available exclusively for pick-up.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
To ensure next-day dispatch with our courier, please place your order and confirm your payment by 11:00 PM. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends, will be processed on the following business day.
If you place multiple separate orders on the same day going to the same address, we will consolidate them into a single securely sealed package for your convenience.
Delivery Payment Policy
All orders for Postal Delivery and NULivrer Delivery must be fully paid.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly not accepted by our courier partners. Your order will only be processed and dispatched once payment is confirmed.
NULivrer Delivery Policy
To ensure fast and efficient service for everyone, NULivrer operates on a strict “pick-and-go” model.
Drivers will meet you at your home gate or the ground floor/reception of your office building. Please ensure you are reachable on the phone number provided at checkout, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 5 minutes before rescheduling for the next business day.
To facilitate a smooth delivery, your full name, delivery address, and phone number will be shared securely with NULivrer so the driver can contact you for a location pin.
Do we delivery internationally?
We do not offer international shipping.
What happens when my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
Do we have a return policy?
Due to the customized nature of these items, however, we regret to inform our customers that we cannot accept returns for personalized items.
We take great care and attention to detail in crafting each piece to produce aesthetic works. Each personalized piece is uniquely tailored to your specifications, making it difficult for us to repurpose the item.
