Refund Policy
We always send previews of your order to finalize everything before proceeding with production to ensure your satisfaction.
- Upon delivery, we will ask you to inspect your product. If your product is found defective upon collection, we will consider a full refund.
- Please note that we retain pictures and videos of all personalised items immediately prior to delivery. These files are used to verify the accuracy of your order and will serve as definitive proof of the product’s final condition upon leaving our care.
- No refund will be considered or issued after verifying and collecting your final product
