You are responsible for what you post or upload
By sending us Submissions and/or posting Contributions through any part of the Services or making Contributions accessible through the Services by linking your account through the Services to any of your social networking accounts, you:
confirm that you have read and agree with our ‘PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES’
and will not post, send, publish, upload, or transmit through the Services any Submission nor post any Contribution that is illegal, harassing, hateful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, bullying, abusive, discriminatory, threatening to any person or group, sexually explicit, false, inaccurate, deceitful, or misleading;

You are solely responsible for your Submissions and/or Contributions
and you expressly agree to reimburse us for any and all losses that we may suffer because of your breach of (a) this section, (b) any third party’s intellectual property rights, or (c) applicable law.
We may remove or edit your Content: Although we have no obligation to monitor any Contributions, we shall have the right to remove or edit any Contributions at anytime without notice if in our reasonable opinion we consider such Contributions harmful or in breach of these Legal Terms. If we remove or edit any such Contributions, we may also suspend or disable your account and report you to the authorities.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the
colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Services.
However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.
All products are subject to availability , and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock .
We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Permission Request:
After completing your order, we may request permission to photograph/videograph your finished items for marketing purposes. This permission is entirely optional and will not affect your service quality or future orders.
- If you consent, you grant UR CREATIONS & LASERCRAFTS LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for 3 years to use images of your completed items for:
- Social media posts and stories (including 24-hour stories)
- Website portfolio galleries
- Printed marketing materials
- Trade show displays
Your Rights:
- You retain full ownership of your physical items
- We will never include personal information, names, or identifying details
- You may request data deletion at any time by using this link : Data Request– Upon withdrawal, we will remove images from future marketing (existing materials may remain until natural replacement)
Opt-out: If you prefer your items not be photographed or used for marketing, simply inform us when placing your order or at pickup. No explanation needed.
Our laser engraving and crafting services utilize precision laser equipment to create custom designs on various materials. While we employ industry-standard practices and optimal settings for each material type, the following terms apply:
Customer Responsibility:
- You acknowledge that laser engraving permanently alters your items
- You accept full responsibility for providing items suitable for laser processing
- You confirm that items submitted are your property or you have authorization to modify them
- You understand that some materials may react differently to laser processing than expected
Quality Assurance:
- We conduct material assessments and use appropriate laser settings based on our expertise
- We perform test engravings when necessary to ensure optimal results
- We will notify you of any potential issues identified during our assessment
Limitation of Liability:
While we exercise professional care and use industry-standard practices, laser engraving involves inherent risks. Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for damage resulting from material defects, age, or previous treatments unknown to us at time of service
- We are not liable for minor variations in engraving depth or appearance due to natural material properties
- Our maximum liability is limited to 3x the service fee paid or maximum of Rs. 5,000, whichever is less
- We maintain full liability for damage caused by our negligence or failure to follow agreed specifications
- For items declared to have sentimental or exceptional value over Rs. 10,000, we require separate insurance arrangements
We strongly recommend discussing valuable or irreplaceable items before service and considering separate insurance coverage.
- Acceptance of Risk:
By authorizing laser services, you acknowledge that: - Our laser services permanently alters items and results may vary based on material properties
- You have disclosed any known treatments, coatings, or special characteristics of your items
- You understand our assessment process and any concerns we’ve discussed
- You accept responsibility for providing items suitable for the requested service
You agree that our liability is limited to the terms outlined in the “Limitation of Liability” section above, provided we follow agreed specifications and exercise reasonable professional care.
OUR COMMITMENTS
We commit to:
- Providing previews and seeking approval before final production
- Using appropriate laser settings for each material type
- Offering fair resolution for any service-related issues
- Respecting your privacy and marketing preferences
- Maintaining professional standards in all customer interactions
Delivery Condition: All products are delivered in excellent condition and are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. We take pride in our craftsmanship and ensure that every item meets our quality standards at the time of delivery.
Regular Wear and Tear: We are not responsible for normal wear and tear that occurs through regular use of jewelry and engraved items after delivery. This includes but is not limited to:
- Scratches, scuffs, or surface marks from daily wear
- Tarnishing or color changes due to exposure to skin, moisture, or environmental factors
- Loosening of settings or components through normal use
- General aging of materials over time
Lasercrafting Permanence: Our laser works are designed to be permanent and durable under normal use conditions. However, we cannot guarantee the longevity of engravings if items are:
- Deliberately tampered with, scratched, or altered
- Subjected to harsh chemicals, excessive heat, or abrasive treatments
- Polished or refinished by third parties
- Used in ways inconsistent with the item’s intended purpose
Care Responsibility: Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of their items after delivery. We recommend following standard jewelry care practices to maintain the appearance and longevity of your custom pieces.

Please note that we will always contact you before starting your order to send a preview document for your order and to finalize your desired artwork.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time.
All payments shall be in Mauritian Rupees.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole
judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Once an order is placed,
- we will always get in touch with you by sending your order details and preview documents to finalize artworks for your order.
- If we cannot reach you on your given contact details within 2 weeks, your order will be cancelled.
We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
We always send previews of your order to finalize everything before proceeding with production to ensure your satisfaction.
Upon delivery,
- we will ask you to inspect your product. If your product is found defective upon collection, we will consider a full refund.
- No refund will be considered or issued after verifying and collecting your final product.
We take great care and attention to detail in crafting each piece to produce aesthetic works. Each personalized piece is uniquely tailored to your specifications, making it difficult for us to repurpose the item.
- Due to the customized nature of our products, we regret to inform our customers that we cannot accept returns for personalized items.
We strive to ensure that piece we create meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, and we advise our customers to review their customization choices carefully before finalizing their orders.
If you have any concerns or queries about our laser-crafting process, our dedicated customer service team is always available to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
We also offer repairs services for your Sterling Silver (925) jewelleries. You may drop them by our pick-up point location, and we will inspect and advise for your repairs.
Fragility & Risk: Jewellery is delicate and strictly not indestructible. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, impact, or daily wear after the item leaves our premises. All services are performed entirely at the customer’s risk.
No Guarantee on Repairs: Customers must understand that the structural integrity of metal can be altered or weakened during heating, annealing, or resizing, making it potentially prone to future issues. Polishing involves mechanical metal removal; a slight reduction in weight is a natural result.
Unclaimed Items: Items left for workshop services must be collected within 6 months. We are not responsible for the safekeeping or condition of items unclaimed beyond this period.

- We provide cleaning services for any Sterling Silver jewellery. The service starts as from Rs.200

Please be advised the Services are hosted in Mauritius. If you access the Services from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in Mauritius, then through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to Mauritius, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in Mauritius.
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Mauritius. UR Creations & Lasercrafts Ltd and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Mauritius shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.
Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a ‘Dispute’), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal proceedings.
Mauritius Jurisdiction
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius. Both parties irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.
Small Claims Exception
Notwithstanding the above, either party may pursue claims in small claims court in Mauritius if the claim qualifies for such court’s jurisdiction.
